Our delivery service includes carrying it up to your home and fully assembling it in your bedroom, at no extra cost, throughout the province of Málaga. In this guide we explain exactly what's included, how it works and what you need to prepare on delivery day.

How the delivery process works
- You place your order in the online shop or by phone (951 357 333).
- We confirm availability and your preferred delivery date by phone or WhatsApp.
- The day before, we let you know to confirm the approximate time.
- On delivery day, our team arrives, dismantles and removes the old one, assembles the new product, tests that it works (for adjustable beds) and takes away all the packaging.
- All you have to do is open the door.
Products with assembly included
The assembly service is available on all the products in our catalogue:
- Mattresses: memory foam, pocket spring, latex, HR, orthopaedic, cot. Assembly on the existing bed or ottoman bed.
- Ottoman storage beds: full assembly of the frame, positioning of the mattress, and a test of opening and closing.
- Electric adjustable beds: full installation, electrical connection and testing of all the adjustments.
- Upholstered bases: fitting of the legs and positioning of the mattress.
What happens to your old mattress
We do not remove your old mattress or base. Under Andalusia's bulky waste regulations, the removal of a used mattress is handled by the town council, not the seller. Most town councils in the province do this free of charge and at your home, by booking an appointment in advance, by phone or via their website: they tell you which day to leave it out on the street and they collect it. What we do always take away is the packaging from the new product: plastics, cardboard and corner protectors.

Frequently asked questions about delivery and assembly
Does assembly have any additional cost?
No. Assembly is included in the price of all our products for deliveries within the province of Málaga. There is no additional cost for carrying it up to your flat (up to the 4th floor without a lift) or for the full assembly.
Do you need to be at home on the delivery day?
Yes, someone of legal age needs to be at home to receive the delivery, give access and sign off on the service. We'll arrange the delivery time with you well in advance so you can plan ahead.
What happens if the mattress doesn't fit up the stairs?
Before delivery, we can advise on the best packaging or breakdown format if getting it upstairs is tricky. In extreme cases (very narrow staircases, impossible angles), discuss the options with us before placing the order. Our team has experience with the difficult access common in Málaga's old town and villages in the province.
Do you remove the old mattress or base?
No. We do not remove old mattresses or bases through any channel or in any area. Bulky waste management is handled by the town council, which in almost the whole province does this free of charge by appointment. What we do always take away is the packaging from the new product.
Do you also assemble it if the ottoman bed is another brand you didn't buy here?
If you buy only the mattress and already have an ottoman bed or base, we'll still fit it at no extra cost. Our assembly service always includes installing the new product, regardless of the base you already have at home.
Can you deliver to residential communities or gated developments?
Yes, usually. Just make sure to provide the access code or let the doorman know. For developments with controlled access, arrange this with us when confirming the delivery.
