Can I return the mattress if it doesn't improve my back pain?
Yes. We apply the legal returns policy (14 days for unused products). If the mattress arrives with a manufacturing defect, we handle it at no cost. For returns due to preference, check the conditions on the product page.
Do I also need to change my pillow if I have back pain?
Often, yes. The pillow affects cervical alignment, which is directly connected to the lumbar and upper back. A pillow that's too high or too low can cancel out the benefits of a good mattress. We have memory foam and cervical pillows adapted to different sleeping positions and shoulder sizes.
