Shipping Policy

As a general rule, parcels are sent 7 to 14 working days after receipt of payment, through our carrier with a tracking number. We will provide a link so you can track your order online. Delivery is free and includes handling and packaging costs. For deliveries with assembly, such as ottoman storage beds, the costs are also included and the delivery time will be 7 to 20 working days (although it is usually shorter), as the fitters will need access to the inside of your home to assemble the items.

All products that require assembly have the price included. Items will always be delivered within the agreed delivery time, unless the customer wants the goods delivered later, in which case they must contact us by phone to request the desired date.

Delivery times will begin to count from the day the bank transfer/deposit corresponding to payment for your order is received into our account. In the case of card payment, the delivery time will begin to count from the moment the purchase is completed. All delivery times are given in working days, that is, Monday to Friday, not including public holidays.

If you make a deposit or transfer at a bank matching those shown in the “Payment Methods” section, your order will be processed immediately. If you make a transfer from another bank or savings bank, please note that it will not take effect until 48 working hours after it is made. Deliveries will be made to the address given by the customer.
