Returns Policy

1- RETURNS: Once our customer has received their order, they may withdraw from their purchase if:
The goods are broken or show some defect. Apart from that, withdrawal is not possible under company policy, provided that the product has not been used and is in its original packaging, within a maximum period of 7 days. You must inform us by email of your order number and a photo of the defective product.

2- IN THE EVENT OF A REFUND: If the product is returned within 2 days (the postmark will serve as proof) of delivery to your home, COLCHONESMALAGA.com will refund you in cash, by bank transfer (transfer costs at the customer's expense), if you paid by credit card. COLCHONESMALAGA.com will do everything possible to refund the User as soon as possible.
