Purpose and Scope of Application<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These Terms and Conditions set out the general conditions governing the relationship between Colchones M\u00e1laga (hereinafter, \u201cwe\u201d) and the users and customers (hereinafter, \u201cthe Customer\u201d) who access and make purchases through our website.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. General Conditions of Sale<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li><strong>Prices and Products:<\/strong> The prices of the products published on the site are shown in euros and include VAT and delivery costs, unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, without this affecting orders that have already been confirmed.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li><strong>Payment Methods:<\/strong> We accept payment by bank transfer, credit card and other methods indicated in the \u201cPayment Methods\u201d section. In the case of card payment, the process will be considered complete once the purchase has been finalised.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li><strong>Order Confirmation:<\/strong> Once the order has been placed, the Customer will receive a confirmation email with the details of their purchase.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Shipping Policy<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As a general rule, parcels are shipped 2 to 12 working days after receipt of payment, through our carrier with a tracking number. We will provide a link so you can track your order online. Delivery is free of charge and includes handling and packaging costs.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li><strong>Deliveries with Assembly:<\/strong> For products that require assembly (for example, ottoman storage beds), delivery and assembly costs are included, with a delivery time of 10 to 20 working days (usually shorter), as the assembly team needs access to the inside of the property to carry out the assembly.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li><strong>Delivery Times:<\/strong> Delivery times start counting from the day the transfer or deposit corresponding to payment for the order is received in our bank account. In the case of card payment, it will be counted from the moment the purchase is completed. All the times indicated refer to working days (Monday to Friday, not including public holidays).<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li><strong>Order Processing:<\/strong> If payment is made by deposit or transfer at one of the banks indicated in \u201cPayment Methods\u201d, the order will be processed immediately. For transfers from other banks, the transaction may take up to 48 working hours to become effective after it is made.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li><strong>Delivery:<\/strong> Delivery will be made to the customer's door. The carrier will make deliveries Monday to Friday (morning or afternoon) and Saturday mornings. During the delivery period, we will stay in contact with the customer until the order arrives at their home.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Returns Policy<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li><strong>RETURNS:<\/strong><br>Once the customer has received their order, they may withdraw from the purchase only if:\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>The goods are broken or show some defect.<br>Outside of this case, withdrawal from the purchase is not accepted, provided that the product has not been used and is in its original packaging, within a maximum period of 7 days.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>The customer must inform us by email, stating the order number and attaching a photograph of the defective product.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li><strong>IN THE CASE OF A REFUND:<\/strong><br>If the product is returned within 2 days (as evidenced by the postmark) of delivery to the customer's home, COLCHONESMALAGA.com will process the refund in cash by bank transfer (transfer costs will be borne by the customer), in the case of payment by credit card.
